Automated end-of-line palletising

The robotic palletiser automates the end-of-line packaging process by taking cases off the conveyor and stacking them onto pallets. This automated handling can reduce repeated manual box stacking during eight-hour shifts or extended operating hours. Being an automated unit, it may help maintain production flow while reducing reliance on repetitive manual lifting.

Rapid menu-driven recipe selection

Operators can select between pre-loaded product recipes through a simple menu operation on the user interface in less than one minute. They can switch recipes for different products—such as different box types/dimensions. The menu is straightforward for factory personnel to operate.

Protective safety caging

The unit is equipped with safety fencing and caging surrounding the robotic cell.

Options

The WSC-RP30P robotic palletiser can be fitted with the following optional features:

• LiDAR (Light Detection and Ranging) laser-sensor, which removes the need for a safety cage
• Mechanical gripper (to replace vacuum gripper) for irregularly-shaped packages
