Machine

Modular dual-head configuration

The LW-2 utilises two independent linear weighing heads, enabling the system to operate in parallel for higher throughput or independently for handling dual products. Each head is connected to its own feed and discharge mechanism, providing better control over portion sizes and packaging formats.

Touchscreen controls and parameter storage

A built-in PLC with touchscreen interface allows operators to adjust weight limits, calibration values, and feeding speeds. The control unit supports up to 10 parameter presets, enabling quick changeover between different production batches and product types.

Compact footprint for line integration

With overall dimensions of 1040 mm x 1000 mm x 2400 mm, the machine is engineered for space-constrained facilities. It is suitable for integration into vertical form-fill-seal systems, semi-automatic filling stations, or pre-weigh batching systems used in dry food applications.
