GCA 250 P Poppet Valve Piston Filler

The new IOPAK bench mounted piston filler is suitable for liquids as well as non viscous creams. This model GCA 250 P is designed for accurate filling of products in the 25g - 250ml range. The filling cycle is initiated by a foot operated pedal. It features poppet type head valving, positive shut-off valve, stroke limitation fill volume adjustment, and is designed for table top mounting.

It can pump product directly from the mixing tank. The inside diameter of the nozzle is 12mm. Construction is of Stainless Steel and the control system is electo/pneumatic.
