This IOPAK J-Style Soft Fold Multimix is a an all-purpose system. It is particularly suitable for Mash Potato and Sauce Processing and consists of the following items:
- 1,200Ltr J-Style Cooker with Bigger Motor and VSD (epoxy coating) fitted with a Yuanan Plug valve Type: YAG
- Simple control system, all electrical & safety controls (Cat 3)
- Complete steam train to suit each kettle (1 x proportional valve, 1 x on/off valve + steam train)
- 5.5kW 3" Lobe Pump with s/s cover (epoxy coating)
- 7.5kW Inline Emulsifier with s/s cover (includes 1 x 6mm diameter screen, epoxy coating)
- All valves, pipework & valve controls for system
- S/S Platform for loading of kettle with stairs, rails and checker plate (upto 1.2m x 1.2m or less)
- Steam valve guard protection - s/s open mesh bar
- Waterproof splash-cover for Control Panel - PVC washdown
- Positive Air Pressure Ports in Control Cabinet to avoid water ingress
- Angled Hood/Raincover on Control Panel (incl fitting)
- Load Cells Fitted to System incl Digital Display on Control Panel (plus flexible hose between cooker & pump)
- Extend platform for 1 x pallets to be loaded onto platform (2 ton carrying capacity) - with side guard rails
- S/S Gate with pneumatic actuated rotary cylinder and flashing light when gate is open
- Paperless USB Chart Recorder - including integration
